What’s included in the ticket price?

Our ticket price includes your multi-course meal and the show. Just like in a traditional cafe, our servers (who also act in the show) appreciate a tip for a job well done.

Specialty drinks and bar service are provided separately by our host location. Please pay and tip their staff separately.

How should I dress for the evening?

The majority of our patrons come in business casual attire, but we’re just happy to have you visit with us. You might even occasionally see an audience member dressed to match the evening’s theme!

Do I get to pick my seats?

Seating is assigned by management based on our guests’ seating requests and accessibility needs. Guests can state seating and accessibility requests in the questionnaire at the end of the ticket purchasing process. Guests will receive seating assignments upon check-in. Due to the pandemic, we currently do not have community tables. A single party will be seated at each table, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 patrons per table.

Do you offer any regular deals or special rates?

Do you only perform at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown?

You can consistently find Foul Play Cafe performing at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown, but we are a mobile experience. We’ve performed in restaurants, for retirement communities and other hotels. Give us a call and we’re happy to discuss performing at your favorite location.

Can you accommodate a private party?

We are happy to perform for private parties.  Give us a call to discuss the details.

I picked the wrong date. How do I move my tickets to a different performance?

Please contact the box office at 505-377-9593 to move your tickets to a different performance date. Free date changes are available up until 11 a.m. Mountain time on the day prior to the date of the originally booked performance. If you notify the box office after 11 a.m. Mountain time on the day prior to that of the originally booked performance, you can move your tickets to another performance date for a fee of $35 per ticket.

Something’s come up, how do I cancel my tickets?

Ticket refunds are available up until 11a.m. Mountain time the day prior to the performance. Please contact the box office at 505-377-9593. If you notify the box office after 11 a.m. Mountain time on the day prior to the performance, you can move your tickets to another performance date for a fee of $35 per ticket.
