How to make reservations for your group:

If you are booking for a large group party (12 or more people), please contact us with the number of people in your group to ensure that we have space for your party.
- Groups of 10+ that are booking as a single reservation will be asked to pay in advance.
We invoice through our square store, with a due date of the evening before your reservation.

We suggest that groups (8+) make their reservations a week or more in advance to ensure
availability. We may be able to accommodate your group closer to the
date of the show, but don't suggest waiting.

Please note that date availability is fixed 6 weeks out on our show calendar, dates listed further out are subject to change.
Changes (cancellations, additions, or meal swaps) can be made up to noon on the date of your show.
For pre-paid groups: Members of your party who do not show up to the show can not be refunded as this is a catered event and their food order can not be canceled at that point (but you may take their food to go). If you are uncertain about members in your party not attending and do not want to risk getting stuck with their bill, we ask that you consider doing this as a "coordinated group" instead.

"Coordinated Groups":
A coordinated group is where individual groups in your party make their own reservation, and request to be sat with each other under a group name.
HOW TO MAKE THE RESERVATION:
- FIRST: The coordinator should contact us and make their personal reservation. When you do this let us know how many people you are expecting (i.e. I am expecting about 16 total including myself) AND what the chosen group name is for the reservation.
- THEN: The individuals will contact us to make their reservations and they will give us the group name when they do so in addition to their own info. We will finalize with them (and they will hold their reservation with their own credit card).
- If you are keeping track
of how many have made reservations and want to double check with us how
many/who have done so, you may send us a message via our contact form.
- Please be aware that unexpected additions to your group made at the door, may be unable to be accommodated or may be unable to be sat with your group.
Coordinated groups are charged the
group rate, final amount charged is determined by number of
reservations in the group. If your final group before check in is less than 8 people, you will be charged the regular price (gratuity not included).

Tax Exempt Notice:
Foul Play Cafe is not a restaurant, we are registered as an
entertainment service which does not qualify for tax exemptions. While
we do serve food at our events, the food is handled by a third party
contractor who bills to Foul Play Cafe, LLC and can not accept your tax
exemption since they are not directly billing you.
Tax collected by Foul Play Cafe, LLC is for the entertainment portion of
your bill, which includes the show and themed waitstaff.
