- Chicken breast stuffed w/ cornbread, jack cheese, and green chile, wrapped with bacon. Served with whipped potatoes and green beans.
- Beef Option: Flat Iron Sliced Beef
- topped with caramelized pearl onions and jus lie'. Served with whipped potatoes, cornbread stuffing and green beans.
- Vegetarian Option: Butternut Squash Ravioli
- Topped with sage brown butter and Parmesan cheese. Served with green beans and cornbread stuffing
- Lent Option: Available Fridays Only : Feb 20th - April 3rd.
- Fish Option: Baked Cod Almandine:
- Lightly breaded Cod Filet with crushed almonds, and a parsley caper butter sauce. Served with fresh whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
