Payments, Cancellations and Changes Policy
Prices include (current) 4-course dinner, performance, tax and gratuity:
Note: This type of venue and show does not work well for extremely large groups. The maximum number of people we can accommodate is approximately 125. Since our shows are meant to be "interactive" and done at floor level amongst the tables, larger groups may find it difficult to be included and see all of the action that is occurring. That said, we make every attempt to include any VIPs that we are made aware of, and will shift some of the action to a stage area so more people people can see what is occurring for groups over 80 (these shows are performed in a larger space).

We can also help your group arrange for additional services with the hotel which includes things such as:
- Alternate dinner menu (price differences may occur based on entree selections)
- A cocktail hour with hor d' oeuvres prior to the show (includes bar)
- Audio or Visual Equipment Rentals
- Pre-paid drink tickets
- Hosted Bar - allows your group to run a tab for the evening. Requires separate contract with catering.
- Cash Bar (free for groups of 40+) or Cocktail servers for smaller parties (included, unless declined).
Note: If your group has a bar, a cocktail server in room is not provided.
Please be advised that all alcohol services are provided and managed by the Sheraton hotel. Foul Play Cafe is not licensed for alcohol services. All of these services listed are provided by the Sheraton Uptown and Foul play Cafe only takes your order/payment for the services so that your party does not have to pay the hotel separately. We can provide a copy of the bill from the hotel for proof of what you are being charged. If a service is not listed on this bill, do not assume it is included. Other services not listed here may be available, please inquire.

If you will need any of these or similar items let us know and we will get you the current pricing from the hotel and can include this with your packages pricing. The "hosted bar" is billed directly by the Sheraton Uptown after your event and will require a secondary contract directly with the hotel.
How to make reservations for your group:
Private parties wishing to book on Friday or Saturday will require a minimum of 40 people (if you have less than 40, you may still pay the price for 40 to book Friday or Saturday). Please contact us more than 6 weeks out (before we open booking to the public) to ensure availability for your group.
If you have less than 40 we can easily book you with our regular guests, and suggest booking at least a couple weeks in advance to ensure space. Please visit our regular group rates page for pricing.
If you are wanting to have a private party on another day please have the following information for us when you contact us:
The date or dates you would like to have your party (include start time) and the approximate headcount you will be booking for. If you are wanting any of the additional services or alternate scripts please include that information as well. Once we have this information, we will have to confirm that the Sheraton
has space for your party that day and that we will be able to have a
full cast available. Once we have all of the information required we can email you with a full quote and contract for you to finalize your private event.
Please be advised that members of our cast work full time jobs and shows starting earlier than 6:30 PM Mon-Friday have less chance of a full cast being available to perform. Shows during the day on Saturday or Sunday are usually pending hotel availability.
Payments, Cancellation and changes policy:
We require a down payment of half for the expected headcount three months in advance of your event, if booking 3 months or closer to event half payment is due at time of agreement. Full and remaining payment is required 2 weeks out.
Cancellation of your contract may be made up to 30 days prior to your event for a full refund minus the booking fee.
Booking cancellations after this date will result in a forfeiture of the all or part of the down payment.
Reductions to the group size can be made after final payment up to the day before your event. Refunds will be made for the individual price less $1.50 per person for fees associated with payment processing.
Additions to your party at the original price quote may be able to be added up to the day prior to your event pending availability.
Tax Exempt Notice:
Foul Play Cafe is not a restaurant, we are registered as an entertainment service which does not qualify for tax exemptions. While we do serve food at our events, the food is handled by a third party contractor who bills to Foul Play Cafe, LLC and can not accept your tax exemption since they are not directly billing you.
Tax collected by Foul Play Cafe, LLC is for the entertainment portion of your bill, which includes the show and themed waitstaff.
