Thank you for requesting a reservation. Verbal confirmation is required to complete your reservation. We will be calling you during your selected call time to confirm the information submitted and to get a credit card number to hold your seats.
"Tickets" are will-call and you will pay when you check in with us and receive a group ticket at that time.
If you are paying with gift certificates, you may hold your reservation with them provided you have enough certificates to cover all reserved seats otherwise we will still need a credit card to hold your seats.
If you selected a call back time of "any" it is our policy to call you within two hours of receiving your reservation request as long as it is still during our regular hours of 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM. Otherwise we will attempt to call you between 11-1 on our next business day.

If you do not hear from us within two hours during our normal phone hours, please give us a call at 505-377-9593 to ensure we received your message, server side issues can occur.

Some important details for your reservation:
The show starts at 7:30PM, doors open for seating at 7:00PM (Special Events may have a different start time, see their page for details). We will start checking people in shortly before that. Adult dining packages without any discounts are $56.50; this includes dinner, the show & tax. Gratuity and alcohol is not included. Cocktail service is provided by the Sheraton.
Cancellation and Changes Policy:
If you need to cancel all or part of your group, or make any changes to your food, we ask that you call by noon to ensure we are able to cancel the food order with the hotel. We may be able to add additional people to your reservation on the day of the show until 5 PM depending on availability.
If you are making a reservation for a group of 8 or more, the price per person is $59 and will include both Tax and gratuity. Please be advised that we may ask for advance payment for groups larger than 8, and if you intend to pay separately, you may need to have the individual parties call in under a group name. (The group rate will still be applied for members under the group name). Please see our page on groups for more details.
** If you submit your reservation request after 5:00 PM MST or request a call back after 5:00 PM MST on Fridays or Saturdays, we may call you on our next business day. If you are trying to get a reservation for the same day of the show, we suggest going ahead and calling us at 505-377-9593. We are closed Sundays and some holidays.
